I've asked this question before, but I did not receive many responses. 
Is anyone quantitating cytoplasmic antigens with image analysis?  I have
a surgeon who is working on a project dealing with the cytoplasmic
expression of muscle actin in tissue biopsies and he would like someone
to quantitate it using image analysis.  Is there anyone interested in
helping him?  I know that he has research funds available to pay for
this work.  Thank you.
