Has anyone every done immuno with a Chemicon or Alpha diagnostic Glycine Transporter 1 (GlyT1) antibody in 4% paraformaldehye fixed mouse brains with paraffin or frozen? If not, can anyone recommend a better antibody or procedure for staining GlyT1 in mice brains.
