Counterstain for NBT/BCIP
We use nuclear fast red, and make it in house. Unfortunately, some
commercial solutions have proven inferior for the job (you might have a
good source of ready-to-use NFR). If you use inhouse prepared solution,
you may need to back off staining time - 10 dips or so works well for us.
The red against the very dark blue/black chromogen is outstanding.
