Hello, back again with another question....first I want to Thank everyone who responded to my query RE: Sirius Red/Direct Red 80. 
NOW, we are wanting to do the Nile Blue Sulphate method for Acidic & Neutral Lipids...preparation of Stain is to ....."boil under Relux for four hours"....am in the 'dark' as to what this means...can someone PLEASE advise??
