Hello All,
  I am interested in a working staining protocol for CD31(PECAM1) and 
vWF (von willebrand factor). I am in the process of standardazing the 
protocol using HUVEC cells adhered in chamber slides. Any pointers in 
staining conditions is appreciated. I am using primary antibodies CD31 
(Sigma) and vWF (DAKO). Secondaries are the Alexa set of dyes from 
Molecular Probes.
