My Dermatopathologist have two cases of cat scratch and both individuals 
have never had contact with cats.  So now we think that it must be 
mosquitoes, but the only way they think they can solve this is to do a pcr 
on paraffin slides.
If anyone does this please let me know so we can send you whatever you might 
need to perform this test.
