I have a request from a researcher for the optimal formalin fixation and
processing protocols for mouse lymphoid tissues.

I will be doing IHC CD markers on them... again.  The first time through,
the tissues were too brittle for words, but the researcher did not have
records of what protocols were followed in fixing and processing these
original tissues.  She is going to collect more tissue soon, and wants to
follow an exact protocol.  I normally don't stain mouse tissues, so am
unfamiliar if fixing/processing schedules are different for these tiny
critters.
