antibodies, fluorescent and immunostaining

From:Gayle Callis

Fluorochrome labelled antibodies for flow cytometry can be used, but if
they do not fluoresce (some of our FITC conjugates did not work on frozen
sections, although fine for FACS, PE labelled worked better BUT they
fade/quench rapidly before your eyes!). You can detect primary antibodies
labelled with FITC or PE with antiFITC or antiPE antibodies.
