No it wasn't a typo! Ha Ha..the book really does say Palmgrens Method for nerve fibres.

I am looking for a stain to show the neurofibrillary changes found in Alzheimer's disease.  A couple of findings from our pathologist was the Cross Modified Palmgren stain, with no reference on how to prepare the stain and the Bielschowski's technique.  Anyone have any suggestions?
