I also use the Sequenza Staining Racks and have found them a
valuable asset for manual IHC. Technically, I cannot add to the excellent
advice already given. I have gotten excellent results with this
technique. The results are very reproduceable eliminating the
variances due to individuals techniques which can occur in a manual IHC
