Hi,

We have been using this system for 4 years and love it!
Once you mount the slides into the cytoclips (you can use
superfrost slides), they stay in the clips throughout the
IHC process.  Our Shandon rep recommended that we use 100 ul
of reagent and 2 ml of wash buffer (containing 0.1%
detergent).  Ask your rep for a demo, so you can test it out
with your system.
