Melissa,  We have been using Sukura VIPs for years. We demo-ed every 
processor we could find the year we began looking for a new unit. There are 
many, many satisfied VIP users out here. But you must base it on how you 
feel and the quality of processing of a tissue processor. Were you satisfied 
with your old processor and service from its company?  Are your tissues well 
processed?   ....then why change.
