Hi Chris
PR: clone 1A6, Novocastra NCL-PGR, at approx. 1 ug Ig/ml (i.e. 1:40);
pretreatment in citrate buffer, pressure cooker.
p16: clone G175-405, Pharmingen 13251A (now: Becton Dickinson, 554070); at 5
ug Ig/ml; pretreatment in citrate buffer, pressure cooker.
Visualization is with a ABC/HRP- DAB system. Hope this helps.
