Re: LCM

Dear Anne,

I suggest that you try using poly-L-lysine coated slides.
Whilst I haven't used this for bone, it was useful to keep frozen sections of mouse eyes adhered, without interfering with lcm.

Subject: LCM

Has anyone had experience doing LCM on frozen sections of bone/catilage?  Our problem is when we use charged slides we can't pick up cells but, if we use non-charged slides the sections, of course, fall off.  Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.
