Try this one: Use the methylene blue component of Hemacolor or Diff-Quik
for 3 minutes, rinse in water, dehydrate and clear. Works great.

We used a modified Diff-Quik procedure. Very fast and simple and the
pathologists were pleased with it. The procedure was in Laboratory
Medicine
several years ago.
