Hi everyone!I am very new to the field and hope to get some advice. I feel like trying the antibody that we have in the lab that is meant for flow cytometry to use it for immunofluorescence on my slides.Has anyone tried that?Any tips on how to treat the tissues or whether I need microwaving target antigen retrieval?
