hi rita, i am not sure what you are asking. both the leica and lynx are both very user friendly at least in my hands. i have used them both. we have the lynx in our lab. programming should be just a matter of inputting the time, temp ,agitaion factors into the machine and turning it on.  if you are asking what times for infiltration, just use what you have been doing manualy. as for the difference in the processors, unless the leica is cheaper over there than here i would go with the lynx.
