I have stained deparaffinized sections with NBT/BCIP using a modification of
the method in Bancroft and Cook (1994, pg
 300). Also, anti-Osteocalcin from Zymed # 33-5700 and anti-Cbfa1 from Alpha
Diagnostic # CBFA11-A work well in formalin fixed paraffin embedded bone and

Does anyone have an antibody source for an osteoblast marker?  And, have you
had any experience using it on non-human mammals with success?
