RE: Tissue Arrays

From:Robert Geske

Vikki,

as far as the microtomy of arrays -- there was a good article in the most
recent edition of the Journal of Histotechnology that should prove to be
helpful.

Vikki,
Most labs that are preparing paraffin tissue arrays use the Beecher Tissue
Arrayer and the Instrumedics Paraffin Tape-Transfer system for cutting the
array section. The tape system eliminates the water bath where tissues cores
often fall out of the section.

Please visit our web site www.instrumedics.com for tissue array.information
Click on the "Paraffin Tape-Transfer" system. There are several references
listed as well.
