While I agree that immunohistochemistry is the preferred method (at
least in our Department), I would never state that a test is being used
because of higher reimbursement. A selection should be made based on
scientific validity and adaptability to one's laboratory.

We use IHC, better straight forward staining and higher reimbursement.
