Hi Lynn,
Yes we are experiencing the EZ prep error code. Moreso now in the last 2-3
weeks. We just got some new valves in and we changed all the EZ prep valves.
This seems to have solved the problem (at least for now!)
Our area sales rep says other places are also experiencing the same problem,
so it may be something in the latest batch of EZ prep solution.
