Fwd: Fw: Stain for Sebaceous Glands

From:"Dr. Ian Montgomery"

Carrie,
Remember and cut some cryostat sections then stain for lipids. Not only will you get full thickness epithelium but the sebaceous glands will be beautifully demonstrated as will their secretion onto the skin surface and between the squames.
Ian.

Hello-
Does anyone have a good stain for sebaceous glands other than a trichrome?
We will be doing this stain for various animal species.
Thanks
