I have been asked to do fresh frozen sectioning on mouse eyes.
Are there any deviations to "normal" flash freezing that I
should know?  I had planned to freeze one as usual (in a
cryomold in OCT) in the Histobath with isopentane, and 
perhaps have the other globe infiltrate for a period of
time in OCT before freezing (2 hours?).

Any suggestions?  Does anybody have any literature references
on this?
