Flow cyto ab's on tissue

From:"Morken, Tim"

Yan, if you are using frozen sections you don't need treatments. Just try different dilutions. If it is formalin fixed tissue, try variations of your regular treatments and different dilutions and see what you get.

Hi everyone!I am very new to the field and hope to get some advice. I feel like trying the antibody that we have in the lab that is meant for flow cytometry to use it for immunofluorescence on my slides.Has anyone tried that?Any tips on how to treat the tissues or whether I need microwaving target antigen retrieval?
