Hi, all! I would like to thank all those, in particular Jeanine, Denise, Barbara and Connie, who responded to my question concerning the Brown-Hopps technique. It seems to me, at least in this case, the preference of one method to another for the demonstration of microorganisms mainly depends on our familiarity with the method. As a result, we decided on Brown-Hopps.
