We have two Ventana Benchmarks and they are so easy to use.  A technical
rep set up all of our protocols for us.  This was a big project and
helped us out a lot.  Once that was done we were ready to go.  One of
the disadvantages is the slide capacity (20) but the system has worked
very well for us.  I love that the stainer heats and deparaffinizes the
slides  - everything is done for you.
