Re: Processing animal tissues

From:JHoffpa464@aol.com

ok, the only real difference from research and clinical(human)m and animal is the size of specimens. i have been doing reseach and clinical EM for years. there is very little difference between animal renal tissue and mouse renal tissue. grated eggs and whole fetues would have to be handled differently. the 20+ years i have been doing this i have general seen very little differences betwenn mammalian tissues. I also currently work with knock out mice and corenas.
mammal skin is mammal skin, fix it then go.
