I still use old-fashioned gelatin-subbed slides, but now you have me
wondering... Can anyone offer any advice as to any advantages &/or
disadvantages of poly-L-Lysine relative to gelatin for this purpose? My
work is with brain sections (rat and human) if that matters. Thanks in
advance for any suggestions! Susan
