Re: CD3 Polyclonal
We have been using the following mono CD3 for several year with good results.
CD003;
clone: PS1 (mouse IgG2a)
- Mfgr/Vendor: Novocastra, #NCL-CD3-PS1
- Control: Tonsil, lymph node
- Pretreatment: 10mM Citrate solution inside a microwave pressure cooker and cooked at pressure for 15 minutes followed by a 10 minute cooldown. Wash in buffer.
- Dilution: Apply at 1:25 and incubate for 40 minutes @RT.
- Secondary: NA
- Detection: Apply EnVision+TM , DAKO Kit # K4007 (Mouse) and incubate 30 minutes @RT. Wash as above
- Chromogen: DAB
Hope this helps. If you need any further info, email me.

Subject: CD3 Polyclonal
Hi,
What's up with the CD3 polyclonal antibody? I heard that most companies are going to end up being back ordered because a rabbit died. We have not been having as good results in our trials of the monoclonal CD3. Is anyone using it with as good results as the polyclonal?
