The enzyme should be the same for mice tissue as for human.  I buy TRAP stain
kits from Sigma but it does not work well on formalin fixed decalcified paraffin
embedded tissue in my hands, I do it on cold alcohol fixed GMA embedded tissue
without decalcification.
