I've used both the DAKO and the Biogenex and I like them both, the Biogenex
was in a contract research lab doing antibody cross-reactivity studies and
we found it to be very flexible and reliable (two runs a day, seven days a
week for weeks at a time. The DAKO I had a play with for a few weeks at a
lab I worked at on a locum basis and I was very impressed, easy to use,
sufficiently flexible and lots of added audit features, really good!

Given the choice I'd go for the DAKO.
