I can't help you with Daddi's method, I've never heard of it. But I have
stained many slides with Bromine-Sudan Black B for lipids. We used filipin
to stain cholesterol. Filipin stains great but it is a fluorescent stain,
some folks don't have the scopes to view it with.

Hi everyone,

I have a researcher here who would like to stain whole arteries with Sudan
Black to demonstrate cholesterol.  He mentioned Daddi's Method, but I have
been unable to find a reference for this -  Would any of you wonderful
people have heard of such a thing?
