Usually, with Histochoice, no antigen retrieval is necessary for most
antibodies- cytoeratin, chromogranin, CD markers, etc. For ER and PR, we use
Biocare nuclear decloaker in a steamer for 20 minutes followed by a twenty
minute cool down. Hope this helps.
