We have been using Leica Cryofect as a disinfectant for our cryostat
successfully for a number of years. But recently, due to difficulties with
getting batches well within the product expiry date, we would like to source
any other product which is similar in it's application. It is an ethanol
based spray which is applied for 15 mins at -20 degrees C to all internals
of the cryostat and is then wiped off with a tissue. Does anyone know of a
similar product which has a generous shelf life?
