Daniel,
I use CD117 on FFPE human tissue from Santa Cruz (goat) at a
dilution of 1:70, pretreating with Dako's Target Retrieval System and
using their LSAB+ detection kit on Dako's instrumentation.  Incubate the
antibody for 30 minutes.  Good Luck
