i am using Nile red to demonstrate lysosomal phospholipid inclusions.  I
have a journal article on Nile red staining but the materials and methods
does not provide much of either, but rather references a 1985 paper (Nile
red: a selective fluorescent stain for intracellular lipid droplets. J Cell
Biol 100:965-73  --- Greenspan P. is the first author).  does anyone have
this reference  or have a protocol for using Nile red.  My plan is to stain
cytospins of mouse bone marrow and maybe some frozen sections of various
tissues.
