I would like to ask a question regarding manual IHC staining using
Ventana products.  We currently use the Ventana Nexus immunostainer for
all our immunos.  Does anyone have any procedures that they will be
willing to share if our machine malfunctions and I have to resort to
perform these stains manually using Ventana products until the service
rep. can arrive at our facility to fix the machine??  I have called
Ventana for assistance but I cannot get a concise answer.  Can Pathway
her-2-neu be performed manually?  
As you can tell, I am fairly new to IHC staining using Ventana products.
