sorry,  I lost your original message. However you should be able to
carry out meaningful stereologic analysis providing that your samples
meet creation criteria. Present in sufficient numbers, randomly
oriented, randomly distributed etc.  I do question your ability to be
able to distinguish individual cells with sufficient resolution using 4X
objective.
