renal cryostat sectioning

Can anyone give me some info on what is the best cryostat to cut renal 
biopsies on for immunoflouresence.  can i contact you to receive some sort of 
procedure.  We will be doing these in our lab soon and I am at a lost as to 
where to begin. Any info would be helpful.----------------Angie Schmidt
