First of all I want to thank everyone for their renal help so far--We are to
be up and running by the 23 but I still have a few hurdles left. We have a
Shandon cryostat which is never used that I was thinking of using for our
renal biopsies.
Is anyone out there using a shandon currently and, if so, what kind of
procedure do you follow. I can use an old Miles cryostat but the Shandon is
newer and will hold up longer.
Also thanks for the many answers on antigen retreival. We are using
Trilogy because we can skip deparaffination with it. We will try the many
suggestions on using it more than once.
