Hi Mary Kay,
I have had 2 VIP Series K for 11 years with  very few problems. I believe I 
had 2 service calls in all that time and 1 of those was human error. Just 
had a new VIP 5 installed yesterday. I highly recommend Sakura because of 
their reliability and  excellent customer support. Just my 2 cents.
