Dear Tom, Iknow some folks who re-use retrieval solutions, however we do not.
I just like good laboratory practice, when heating the solution, and how many
times before its exhausted? I would hate to find that out after my run. There
are so many things to watch out for in IHC that can and do at times go wrong,
why add to it. One constant for us is clean , new solutions for retrieval.
