Personally, with the shortages in Histotechnology, it has been to my techs 
advantage , that I copy all these recruitments and show our Administrators 
whats going on, (they don't always believe job vacancies posted in the ASCP 
magazines),
also I would think it helps some of our veterans who are looking to relocate, 
with job hunts. So for me it has been a great resource and helpful. It is 
nice to see from a 
psychological perspective how needed we are. I enjoy it. Just my opinion.
