I am doing muscle morphometry analysis of  type 1, 2A & 2B 
muscle fibers in cases of congenital myopathies.  I am using  
image pro plus software and the program works quite well but it has 
definitely turned out to be a rather long and tedious process 
measuring a minimum of 200 fibers per case.

Anyone else using or familiar with this program?  I am looking to 
streamline my techniques if possible and at this point I need a few 
suggestions.  I also have some questions concerning measurements, 
data analysis, etc.  I would appreciate any assistance anyone can 
give me.
