In reply to Luis Chiriboga's question about caspase, our IHC laboratory 
has been using Caspase-3p20 (N-19) from Santa Cruz Biotechnology for some 
time.  We chose it initially because we were using formalin fixed, 
paraffin embedded tissue for a number of non-primate species.  It has 
worked very well for us.
