Sorry to all - hit the wrong key...
Our laboratory is trying to develop tunel apoptosis
preparing reagents from concentrates rather than
purchasing kits...$$$. Does anyone have a formula for
the reaction buffer portion of this protocol that they
would be willing to share?  Even any direct references
would be beneficial.
