Thanks to all who responded weeks ago to my question
about avidin/biotin blocking reagents from
concentrates..the information was very helpful.  I
have couple more questions for everyone.

1- What is the average shelf life for the reagents
when made from concetrate if stored properly?

2- Is anyone using these reagents in a large
volume(i.e. staining dish) and can the solution be
used for more than one rack of slides?  We currently
apply to each slide during ihc protocol.
