A colleague of mine is interested in starting her own Histology Lab.  She has 
an interested Pathologist and is in the need of some information.  If anyone 
has any knowledge of the following (or has anything they can add), I will be 
happy to forward it on.  
1.  What is the overhead (processing and/or reading) for cpt code #88304, 
88305, 88307, etc.?
2.  What does Medicare pay for each?   HMO's?  PPO's?
3.  What is the cost of a used (doesn't have to be a VIP!!) processor, and 
where can you purchase one?
