I was in the dark when a suregon of ours wanted us to cryopreserve
parathyroid tissue for re-implementation. He told us just to freeze in a
dry sterile container at -70C. Well, in CAP TODAY, May, 2000 in the Q&A
some asked if you could just freeze in a dry, sterile cup and the answer is
quite lengthy. Basically the answer is no. If you can get your hands on a
copy of the CAP TODAY from May, Q&A is on page 116. If not you can contact
me and I could fax the page to you.

Good Luck.
