The problem is usually the tilde just before the bryand.  This is ASCII
character 0126, and some browsers appear to drop it..  To enter it hold down
the Alt key and enter 0126 on the keypad, not from the keys above the
alphabet.  If this character is missing you will not be able to get to the
site.  Unfortunately its inclusion is a requirement of my service provider,
and cannot be eliminated.
